about

Summer 2004 - After a bad break-up with a girl I'd been with for 4 years, I travelled overseas for a few months to get myself in order. When I returned home, I wrote and recorded 3 songs in my bedroom, where I'd felt I'd written most of my best material up to that point. This song is about myself, and how weak and unstable I'd felt at that time - the opposite of Superman, of whom I make reference to in this tune a bit. No keyboards, so I'm not sure if this song was ever meant to be for The Squish.
