When the band first started jamming in '98, I had had an idea for this song from an old cut-time punk rock thing I had written under the same title. This was recorded in Dan's basement on my 8-track, and was (unfortunately) mastered to cassette tape. We made copies, gave it out as a 2 song tape demo to get some of our friends interested in what we were doing. In such a small town with a very small scene, it was relatively easy to get a few people out to our first couple of shows.
